Your organization’s staff is amazing, but you can’t do all of the work alone.

You need people who buy into your mission to carry your message and move people to take action.

In this workshop, we explore creating engaging digital organizing campaigns that tell stories, raise awareness, and get people in the room. This workshop is best for groups of 6-15 people who want to craft a digital organizing campaign that moves people to take action. Whether you want people to come to an event, write a letter to their representative, or act as an ambassador for your cause, digital organizing tools can be used to create tangible actions by people. Attendees will receive a planning guide that can be used and reused for campaigns and will receive live feedback from the facilitator and other attendees. We know that live feedback, strategic planning and and concentrated brainstorming time results in the most effective campaigns. We will walk through how to use the guide and look at example tactics (and pitfalls) of each step. We'll also look at some cool tools you can use to make your digital organizing campaigns more organized and eye-catching! This workshop is appropriate for nonprofits, advocacy organizations and individual activists.
